My client is a well-respected construction firm is in need of a Project Manager with a background in municipal and institutional project work.
Requirements:
BS in Construction or related preferred
7 years or more in the construction field with experience in a supervisory position
OSHA 30
Ability to multitask
QC, scheduling and safety overview
Manage the overall project budget and construction cost
Considerable experience in municipal or institutional construction
