Job Description
Manage the construction of quality homes within budget and in a timely manner
Ensures the safe construction of homes
Attention to detail and persistent follow up
Read blueprints and construction documents
Establishes the construction schedule and monitor the actual construction cost
Orders materials and manage inventory; schedule inspections
Oversees subcontractors; quality control
Provides superior customer service after home closes
Reviews warranty reports and identifies areas for improvement
Reviews and completes independent contractor payroll
Approves and submits payments for independent contractors
Qualifications
4 year degree or comparable work experience
Outgoing personality
Strong organization and communication skills (Listening as well as verbal and written)
Works well under pressure
Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions
Team-player with ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and build relationships with team members, trades, and customers
