**Bilingual Spanish a plus. Essential Functions: Manages project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance. Defines project scope, identifies project resources needed, develops project management plan and project schedules, and develops plan for project execution; maintains and executes projects in accordance with PMO standards. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path. Identifies project success criteria and distributes them to appropriate parties throughout project life cycle. Prepares meeting agenda, notes, and presentation; facilitates meetings. Collaborates with various teams to execute the project management plan; revises plan via a structured change control process as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Conducts project budget reviews and informs appropriate parties. Identifies and reports on risks, schedule delays, resource constraints, and other aspects related to the project schedule on a regular basis. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner. Prepares weekly operations and project status reports for assigned projects. Manages logs for RFI’s for all projects. Submits completed projects to designated project owner. Implements new policies for improving efficiency. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path. Reviews and approves material order request; schedules inspections as needed. Ensures construction team follows safety protocols and practices best safety practices. Updates SharePoint and Smartsheet when project and/or tasks are revised or completed. Ensures inspections are approved. Travels to designated areas to perform assessments on future locations. Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Minimum five (5) years project management in commercial construction preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in estimating, administering, and budgeting for full project lifecycle. Special Requirements/Certification: PMP certification preferred.
