This is a newly-built steel structure building with basement
The successful freelancer would be required to take the whole of the building and summarise how the forces are working : both above ground and the basement
There is a basic structural report which the freelancer should absorb, , make a Contents page and expand upon and insert basic calculations for the steel elements
This report has to analyse both the above-ground and the basement taking into account the soil forces and the water pressure forces etc etc
